Energy Savings

To reduce our carbon footprint, part of our electricity is produced by solar panels installed on the roof of the bar-restaurant. All our lighting fixtures are low-consumption LEDs, and wherever possible, we prioritize solar lighting. Restrooms and dishwashing sinks operate with motion detectors and timers. We also encourage everyone to turn off unused lights and appliances: small habits, big impacts.

Waste Management

Selective sorting is available throughout the campsite, with dedicated points for glass, plastic, paper, and organic waste. In each rental unit, you will find sorting bins and a container for compostables; organic kitchen waste (excluding meat) is composted and reused on-site. We encourage reusable containers, have banned single-use plastics, and the restaurant's organic waste makes our chickens happy. Our approach has been recognized by the Zero Waste Tourism label since 2023.

Our menu highlights seasonal, local, or short-supply-chain products. For takeout dishes, you can bring your own container to limit packaging. Cleaning products are eco-labeled and comply with food standards, and selective sorting is applied in both the kitchen and dining area.

Customer Well-being

The convenience store offers essentials and local products through short supply chains. The campsite is maintained with ecological and biodegradable products, purchased in bulk or as eco-refills; all our cleaners are eco-labeled for better air quality and reduced health risks. Our rental units are entirely non-smoking (including electronic cigarettes). We are happy to inform you about the markets in the Lot to consume seasonally and support the local economy.

No phytosanitary products are used on our green spaces. Our numerous natural hedges serve as refuges for beneficial wildlife...

Preservation of Natural Space

No phytosanitary products are used on our green spaces. Our numerous natural hedges serve as refuges for beneficial wildlife. Mowing is deliberately delayed in certain areas to promote flora and... butterflies. On the recommendation of the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park, our outdoor lighting is timed and directed towards the ground to preserve nocturnal life (bats, raptors, insects).

Social and Solidarity Commitment

We prioritize employing seasonal workers residing in the municipality or the Grand-Figeac inter-municipal community, to reduce travel and strengthen local ties. For our work, we collaborate with local artisans and, whenever possible, choose quality second-hand furniture.
